The H.I.I.T. Zone challenge is our marquee challenge series. A new season, with new workouts will be set for release every eight to twelve weeks. Win cash and prizes for the best transformations at the end of each season. Users will be able rate each workout based on specific criteria, providing invaluable feedback which will ensure only the best workouts remain on our roster.

Helping to eliminate the guess work when it comes to tracking meals. Included with this guide is a detailed shopping list, and two printable weekly planners, all for your convenience.
